T.H. Svedlund is a distinguished Corporate Legal Professional with over three decades of expertise in Corporate Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, IPOs, and Cross-Border Transactions.

As a seasoned legal corporate counsel and investor with over three decades of international experience, I specialise in cross-border transactions with a primary focus on Europe and Asia. I advise and invest in companies at various stages of development, from high-growth start-ups to mature businesses preparing for public listings.

My approach is hands-on and strategic, combining legal precision with financial insight to help businesses navigate complex regulatory environments, capitalise on market opportunities, and position themselves for long-term success.

I invest my own capital and work closely with a broad network of funds, institutional and private investors, underwriters, and strategic partners. My track record includes successfully listing companies on Nasdaq Nordic in Stockholm, as well as on other major European exchanges. While I am sector agnostic, I have a particular interest in high-tech ventures, artificial intelligence, and the new energy economy. I selectively support start-ups with strong growth potential, scalable models, and proven management teams. Whether advising, investing, or leading a listing, my goal is to unlock value and accelerate global expansion.

NEW BOOK RELEASE

The American Death Spiral is now available.
After decades of advising entrepreneurs, investors and officials across the United States, Europe, and China, I have witnessed first-hand how institutional integrity, political courage, and long-term thinking are eroding across Western democracies—none more so than in the United States.

In The American Death Spiral, I explore 25 interconnected crises, from soaring deficits, economic inequality, and political corruption to decaying infrastructure, polarisation, and the weaponisation of education. This is not a partisan attack; it’s a strategic, data-driven analysis grounded in global comparisons and shaped by my decades of experience at the intersection of law, finance, and governance.

What happened to the American Dream?

Why is a superpower unravelling from within? What are the consequences when corporate monopolies eclipse public interest? And most importantly: is it too late to reverse the spiral?

This book is my contribution to a vital national conversation — one that must take place if America is to reclaim the values that once made it a beacon of hope and endless possibilities. Available now on Amazon and major platforms.

My books are available on Amazon and other major retailers. Contact me and I will send you a signed copy for the same price as Amazon
